It’s Foodie Friday (+ also Black Friday)! How’s everyone been doing? It’s been ages since I last did a cookbook review so  I figured now would be as good a time as any! (Just in time for the holidays!) This review is for Fabulous Modern Cookies, so if you’ve been looking for some baking inspiration with a twist on old/tried + true recipes, definitely check this one out!

Fabulous Modern Cookies starts off with an intro on the “building blocks” of baking cookies (i.e. the essentials needed), with tips on how to replace sugar or adapt a recipe to be gluten-free, + information about different equipment/tools for happy baking.
The book is divided into 8 different chapters:
