The Unofficial Disney Parks Restaurants Cookbook

It’s Foodie Friday! I’m back with another review today — this time of The Unofficial Disney Parks Restaurant Cookbook (not to be confused with the drinks cookbook I wrote about last year…)!

Ashley Craft has 3 different cookbooks in The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook collection — the drink cookbook I mentioned, this one, and The Unofficial Disney Parks EPCOT Cookbook (which I haven’t gotten my hands on yet)!
It’s unfortunately been quite some time since I’ve been to Disneyland, but the place where we ate the most — the BBQ spot by Thunder Mountain Railroad — is (sadly) no more.

Mustafarian Lava Cakes

Part 1 of this cookbook talks about the different Disney parks and the types of drinks available there. (Disney parks were kept alcohol-free for 64 years!) It also goes into what equipment will be needed to recreate these drinks (a blender will be the most important tool). It also includes recipes for a bunch of different types of syrups that you’ll need to make the upcoming recipes in Part 2!
Onward to the recipes!
