4-Ingredient Berry Probiotic Mocktail

Welcome to our weekly Foodie Friday link up! I’m linking up with Annmarie from the Fit Foodie Mama + Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl to create awesome healthy recipes each week! This week’s theme = Dairy Alternative so I’m sharing a super easy 4 ingredient recipe of a Berry Probiotic Mocktail!

I actually meant to post this for last month’s Recipe ReDux (theme of probiotic cocktails + gut-health mocktails), but slacked off (translation: was packing stuff up to fly back to the west coast for vacation), so I never ended up posting it. In essence, I guess it could be considered an alternative to dairy as it is a dairy-free drink…?

…Just roll with me here–at least I’m posting again?! :P

I don’t drink alcohol, but if I did, I’d be all about the fruity drinks! I’m usually in favor of something with ginger ale when it comes to mocktails, but I happened to come across a bunch of KeVita products in my hospital’s cafeteria and decided to try out one of the Apple Cider Vinegar Tonics in Ginseng Mandarin!

  1. I don’t drink alcohol either so this is my kinda drink. Love a good cocktail. I don’t take any probiotic but try and eat foods that naturally aid in that area.

    1. Me too! I get curious sometimes with the drinks offered at my hospital though so I figured I’d try it out! :P

  2. I don’t take any probiotics but I try to eat a healthy diet that will give me what I need that way. Although it’s never a bad idea to add them in this way when you need them.

    1. That’s the best way to go! I don’t usually take em’ either but if I’m put on a course of antibiotics at some point, I’ll probably add that just in case!

  9. I make ginger kombucha which is a good replacement for ginger beer in cocktails – I usually drink the kombucha straight though!

    1. That’s awesome that you make your own kombucha! I’ve been wanting to try that but haven’t gotten around to it, hehehe.
