Wellll, since it looks like I never wrote a post for my 2025 fitness goals, I’m just carrying over the ones from 2024 to 2026 since, let’s be honest, they haven’t changed all that much. (I just have a couple more things to add to them now because I picked up another handful of hobbies…)
Successful
- Be active every day. This one’s still going well since I walk Tofu every day!
- Go to dance practice 1x/week. Still doing pretty well on this one (missed part of July + November/December, but I performed in my first corporate show in December!)
- Go hiking 1-2x/month. I definitely didn’t do these monthly, but the pile of ones I did via my trips to Ireland/the Pacific Northwest and the scattered ones I did with my friend in the Bay Area equated to somewhere between 12-24!

The Enchantments was a hell of a hike, but so stunningly beautiful. <3
At Least I Tried(?)
Sadly, I kinda failed at all the same ones I did in 2023. (At least I’m consistent? haha.)
- Drink 5 cups of fluid daily. …Yeah, this one still needs a lot of work.
- Lift 2-3x/week. I have no real excuse other than that I just end up doing a billion other things and not making the time for lifting, but I do need to get back to this!
- Pole, Aerial Silks, and/or Lyra 1-2x/week. I definitely could’ve done better but I did go to a few lyra classes!
- Yoga/stretching before bedtime at least 3x/week.

2026 Fitness Goals
- Drink 5 cups of fluid daily.
- 150 active minutes/week!
- Make 1 recipe from my cookbook collection each month.
- Lift 1-2x/week.
- Go to dance practice 1-2x/week.
- Horseback riding 1x/week.
- Climbing >3x/month.
- Archery 1x every 1-2 months.
- Go to BJJ – 2x/week.
- Stretch goal: Get a stripe!
- Pole, Aerial Silks, and/or Lyra 1-2x/month.
- Fire (hoop, fan, or poi) 1x/month (with or without fire!).
- Yoga/stretching at least 3x/week.
- Stretch goal: 5-7x/week would be lovely!
- Stretch goal: Get my splits back on both sides!
- Go hiking 1-2x/month.
