One of my goals for this upcoming year in terms of blogging is to start and finish all the blog post drafts I have pending for my road trip and for all the recipes I’ve made that haven’t made it on here yet (there are a lottttt). Here’s to hoping I’ll still have those pockets of spare time to actually be able to accomplish this!

I’m with you on finishing some of my blog post drafts. Just when I start to make progress, new ideas or topics come up, or I just get too busy to finish any of them! Looking forward to more yummy recipes throughout the new year!

Somehow, I lost about two months of blog posts while my hosting company was correcting something. I’m going to let it go, because I don’t want to go back and replace them all. However, my goal is to keep my blog going strong and i’ve been fairly consistent with my posts after that incident.
