  1. I do not follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, but I think incorporating some of these recipes would be a good idea since they are bound to be a lot healthier for you. But a cookbook with no desserts? LOL That’s okay…I don’t really need the dessert anyway. :)

    1. haha, yeah! I tend to go meatless whenever I feel like I’m not getting enough veggies (or when I’m feeling poor ._.). I’m with you on the desserts–I totally thought the “baked” chapter would have desserts, but I was sadly mistaken. :P

  2. I am a huge fan of one dish recipes. I hate cleaning up after cooking itā€™s the worst, so one dish recipes are perfect for little ole me. I would love curried tomato stew with chickpea.

    1. Me too!! The less cleaning I gotta do, the better! *-*

  3. I am almost vegetarian, just not really motivated to go the rest of the way to 100%. And one dish recipes, definitely! I cook that way more often than not.

  14. That looks like a yummy cookbook to try! We lean towards plant based eating, but still do eat some animal products a few times a week.
Thanks for sharing your review :)

    1. Anytime! :]! I’ve been trying to do a few more plant-based meals per week (partially to save money, haha) but I’m still a big fan of chicken/fish!
