10 Webcomics To Get You Through The Day

Long long ago, I drafted this post so that in the event that I got consumed by my nomadic lifestyle of traveling all around the globe and/or living out of a suitcase/my car, I’d still have something to share with you so you wouldn’t think I’d died.

(I may or may not have had a conversation in the past with Trish on how if she depended on my blog, it’d take her at least a month to know if I was alive or dead, because most of my posts are written and scheduled a month in advance.)

Today, I have a whole bunch of comics to share with you, also known as how I cheer myself up when I’m in one of those stormy raincloud moods!

I’m sorry in advance if you end up looking at the time and wondering how your entire day just disappeared.

Pocket Princesses

If you’re at all a fan of Disney, or the Disney princesses, you will adore Pocket Princesses. Never mind the ruined adult expectations of the world due to Disney–just roll with it. These comics are adorable. :D

Cute animals comics more your thing? Not a problem! These never fail to make me smile! :]

While we’re at it, I’d like to alert you that there is an IG account called “catloavesofinstagram.” I love it. <3 Catbreads are great!

This one doesn’t really fall under a single umbrella and is a little less light-hearted than the others, but you can expect to see lots of cats (c’mon, it’s the internet!), and discussions on identity/gender/sexuality, as well as some explorations of depression and mental illness!

While I’m not pursuing a PhD, I can definitely relate to this in some aspects. It’s about life (or lack thereof :'( ) in academia!

Scut Monkey Comics

This is unfortunately no longer updated, but it brings to life what it’s like to be in the medical field (har har)! The author of it published a book though, and these comics are the basis of why I’d recommend her book even though I haven’t read it yet. :P

Rather Humerus

This (sadly) is also no longer updated–do you notice a trend here? Do you think I’m still going to have free time in the future?! ;_; But it’s more on humor in the medical field!
