Yay for another Ultimate Coffee Date! May really snuck up on us!
Ultimate Coffee Date: May 2023
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d tell you that…I’m finally going on vacation!! (It’s the first time this year that I’ve taken more than a day off so I’m pretty excited, haha.) I’m headed to Vietnam this evening and will be camping in a cave and exploring/eating a bunch + hopefully not getting food poisoning. Limbs are crossed!
My medical assistant makes me the coolest things! <3
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d tell you that…I’m in the process of backing up all the photos I have on my phone and really should’ve started sooner. I have…30,000 photos on my phone. (I’ve had this since the beginning of 2018, if that helps/matters…)
Mike cooked dinner the other night and we even had vegetables!! (There’s more — I just didn’t want to overload the plate, haha.)
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d tell you that…I got my yearly haircut! I went to a place that let us do walk-in’s because I also kinda procrastinated on that (it’s been really busy lately, as per usual x_x) and this is…the shortest my hair has been in I’m not sure how long.
My whole head feels several pounds lighter and ponytails no longer hurt!!

Haha, it was basically down to the small of my back and my hair is really thick, so it was definitely getting super heavy!
Wow, Vietnam! That’s quite the trip! Enjoy! We just got back from NC. Basically our first trip (I’m not counting the trip to Jersey for a funeral).

I love your hair! It must have been REALLY long. I’m glad you got it cut- ponytails should not hurt.
Thank you! It definitely was getting super long! In retrospect, I should’ve waited til I got to Vietnam–haircuts there were so much cheaper!! But better that I at least didn’t have to worry about not finding a place + having to wait a thousand years for my hair to drive while camping. :P

Have the best time!
I think I have about the same number of photos. It’s annoying but I like them there.
I do get my hair cut every 8 weeks. And colored. It’s a splurge I enjoy.

I think I heard somewhere that it’s best if you do a trim every 6-8 weeks to keep your hair healthy(?) but I think even just going twice a year would be an accomplishment for me, hahaha. ._.
