It’s been too hot lately to eat warm oatmeal every morning for breakfast. (I was doing that for a while, but started branching out to other things because hot food in my sauna of an apartment wasn’t the best of ideas), and the idea of having a super-healthy breakfast waiting for me in the morning …
I was at the gym yesterday doing cardio since it was my off-day from lifting and I had a whole lot of notes to commit to memory. (These notes are basically the only way I keep myself going when I’m doing cardio because I hate it. :[ )
On Monday after my first exam, I headed straight for the gym to lift some weights and also ended up going on the ellipticals for about 20 minutes. Shortly after the exam review, I discovered the existence of a heated swimming pool in the middle of the state forest.
I made this over the summer for my friend, since she was starting PA school and hadn’t taken anatomy before. It should be devoid of errors! (Hopefully, it’ll help someone out there?)
I’m usually too cheap to buy fresh herbs, but when they go for 99 cents for a giant pack (hooray for manager’s specials!), I’m all over it! My latest finds include a giant pack of basil and a giant pack of tarragon for 99 cents each…and an entire rotisserie chicken for $2.26. I am not …
