I have a standard waffle maker back in California, but I came across a super cute mini waffle iron at TJ Maxx for $6 earlier this year and couldn’t help grabbing it. I’mmm back with another cookbook review! If you live in a small-ish space and/or are trying to adopt more of a minimalist lifestyle, definitely read on! (And even if you don’t, there are lots of tasty lookin’ recipes to be had in here, so this’ll be awesome either way!)
