Fiery Green Smoothie

For the record, this isn’t actually spicy. I just called it “fiery” because the top looked like fictional lava. :O This may also look somewhat familiar to my instagram followers who were with me as I went through boards hell. I’m finally sharing the recipe! :P Procrastination at its finest.

Fiery Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

(Green/Bottom layer)

  • 2 cups of kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop MLO super high protein powder (or your choice of protein powder)

(Red/Top layer)

  • 14 frozen raspberries
  • 3 frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 frozen mango chunks
  • enough coconut water to blend

(Toppings)

  • KIND dark chocolate cranberry granola
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend each layer separately and pour into a cup! If you have extras, just drink it. :O
