Creamy Vegetarian Chowder

Welcome to our weekly Foodie Friday link up! I’m linking up with Annmarie from the Fit Foodie Mama+ Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl to create awesome healthy recipes each week! This week’s theme is Comfort Foods!

Much as I’m disliking the cold, I do love this season because of all the delicious comfort foods that I can now enjoy! (Yay for soup and chili weather!) I am all about the warm, dishes and mugs of hot tea (plus my heated blanket) during this time of the year!

Corn chowder is one of my favorite soups in the world. This creation was courtesy of Linda when I went back to Lewisburg to visit earlier last month! She made a huge vat of it but we decimated it pretty quickly. *-* Back when I lived with my best friends in college, the chowder would never last long either.
