I had almond flour left, so I decided to make something with it. Since my waffle iron isn’t going back to WV with me ( :'( moving is already going to suck as it is), waffles it was!

I was greedy (and also made too much batter/wasn’t sure if I could make 3 full ones), my first one ballooned to a size that I’m very sure should not have happened. As in, the waffle iron could not close because it was too fat. :'( That’ll show me to do that again. But practice …
