As a blogger (or just general human being), I’m sure we’re all too familiar with the comparison game. Social media provides us with only a glimpse of what we choose to share, so we decided to choose a day to share something about ourselves beyond what we’d normally talk about.
Happy Monday, and welcome to Medical Mondays! Ready to hear about my first rotation as a senior resident/second-year family medicine resident?! Well, even if you’re not, it’s happening, so here we go (hello, outpatient pediatrics!)!

Happy Monday, and welcome to Medical Mondays! I’m back to share with you…my second-year schedule (aka PGY-II Curriculum) for residency! I’ve been all sorts of excited for this year because it builds in rotations for practically everything I’m interested in. :]!!!
Apparently, my gym offers a re-evaluation with a personal trainer every 6 weeks, and a nurse re-evaluation who’ll take my BP, HR, body fat percentage + measurements 4 times a year. But have I been taking advantage of this perk?
No. I haven’t had it done since I first joined last year.
Welcome to Fairyburger! :] I'm Farrah, a Family Medicine physician in the SF Bay Area who aspires to lead by example, and loves all things fitness and food-related, finding great deals, and making every moment count.
Come join me for the "My Month is Booked" linkup on the first Monday of every month to share what books you read over the past month + get reading inspiration from other bloggers/readers! :]
