We do a number of these. :O But this one was mainly geared towards kids! The Sports Med + Emergency Med clubs teamed up to it together, and I think it turned out rather well! We had a helicopter, an ambulance and a fire truck for them to explore, obstacle courses, fitness testing, free lunch, …

Nothing makes me feel like more of a badass than lifting weights to Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears.
