Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2.5 bananas
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter*
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place slices of bread in air fryer at 320-350 for 2 minutes.
  • Line your air fryer with parchment paper and preheat to 375 degrees. Add the banana slices to the air fryer basket, making sure that they do not touch each other. Cook for 5 minutes, or until browned/caramelized.
  • While the bananas are cooking, spread cashew butter over the toast.
  • Top with bananas and add a drizzle of honey + sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Serve warm!
