fresh mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
garlic powder
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Layer your desired fillings into ramekins (suggested order: red bell pepper, zucchini, squash, green bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella cheese).
Crack an egg over the top, and season with desired spices (e.g. pepper, garlic powder).
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over each ramekin, then place them in the oven.
Bake for 10-14 minutes (or to your desired level of done-ness).
