Hot Mama's White Bean Chicken Chili
Ingredients

16 oz northern beans
1
red onion
diced
1
package frozen Mexican corn mix
1
bell pepper
chopped

stalks celery
chopped

reduced sodium chicken broth

jalapeƱo
chopped

cans (15.5 oz)
cans of cannellini beans
white kidney

~12 oz boneless chicken breast, grilled

can diced green chiles
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

cloves
garlic
minced
Avocado
Toppings
fresh cilantro
to taste
avocado
cubed (to taste)
red chili pepper
sliced (to taste)
sour cream
to taste
Instructions
Soak beans overnight in water and a sprinkle of salt.
Drain water out and rinse the beans.
Add chicken and broth to crockpot and let cook on high for 1 hour, then shred the chicken and add the beans and all other ingredients.
Cook for 4 hours on high and serve!
Top with fresh cilantro, avocado, pepper, and sour cream!
Notes
Once this cools, you can dispense it into tupperware and then freeze it for a later meal!
