Raspberry Pear Mascarpone Toast
Change up your toast game with this raspberry marscapone spread topped with sliced pears! (The recipe for the spread makes a lot, so you'll have lots of extra to get creative with!)

- garlic olive oil*
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- ~1-2 tbsp raspberry honey or flavor of choice, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- sea salt
- 1-2 pears** sliced
- balsamic vinegar
- fresh mint optional, for garnish
Drizzle garlic olive oil onto bread and toast (e.g. on grill pan or in oven).
Mix together mascarpone cheese, honey, salt + pepper and spread onto toast.
Top with sliced pears.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Top with chopped mint, if desired.
- *If you don't have any garlic olive oil, you can toast the bread and rub a cut raw garlic clove on the bread, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- **You can also use peaches or figs if you'd like!
