Guacamole Crostini

Ingredients

  • 4 3/4- in. thick slices of French bread
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 cup guacamole
  • fresh/dried herbs of your choice*

Instructions

  • Preheat grill pan and grill bread until toasted (~1 min/side).
  • Add minced garlic to fresh guacamole and spread mixture on each slice of bread.
  • Transfer to plate and top with cherry tomato halves.
  • Sprinkle with herbs of your choice and serve!

Notes

*I used a bruschetta spice mix! :]
