Creamy Vegetarian Chowder

Homestead Creamery 2% milk

Instructions
In a large pot, saute onion, celery + garlic together with avocado oil. Add the potatoes + bell pepper and let cook until soft, then add the corn.
Pour in vegetable broth and milk together* and cook until it comes to a boil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in sour cream just before serving and top with fresh avocado.
Notes
*Avoid adding milk to heated broth!
