Chili Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1
stalk brussels sprouts
1-2
tbsp
chili honey
drizzle of EVOO
generous sprinkle of kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut the Brussels sprouts off the stalk and wash.
Spread out into a single even layer onto a roasting pan and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and chili honey. Toss to coat.
Place pan into oven and roast for 30-45 minutes. (Shake the pan ever 7-10 minutes for more even browning.)
Remove from oven and serve!
Notes
*If you don't have chili honey, you can also just go with regular honey and sprinkle generously with chili powder!
