Ingredients

  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to let all the flavors sink in.
