5 Ingredient Mango Float

This is a super easy-to-make frozen (or chilled) dessert that's popular in the Philippines!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe mangos or 24 oz frozen mangos
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut condensed milk
  • 1 can Reddi-Whip/whipped cream*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 box of graham crackers 12 full graham cracker sheets + extra crushed graham cracker for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine whipped cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and mix together.
  • Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a glass baking dish. (You can trim graham crackers to fit into the gaps.)
  • Layer in 1/3 of the cream mixture and add a layer of mango pieces/slices.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers, top with cream mixture + mangos, then repeat once more (ending with the mangos). Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.
  • Refrigerate or freeze overnight to set before serving.

Notes

*You can also use 2 cups of whipping cream for this -- just beat it until fluffy/doubled in size!
