This is a super easy-to-make frozen (or chilled) dessert that's popular in the Philippines!

Ingredients
4ripe mangosor 24 oz frozen mangos
1cupsweetened coconut condensed milk
1can Reddi-Whip/whipped cream*
1tspvanilla extract
1/2box of graham crackers12 full graham cracker sheets + extra crushed graham cracker for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Combine whipped cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and mix together.
Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a glass baking dish. (You can trim graham crackers to fit into the gaps.)
Layer in 1/3 of the cream mixture and add a layer of mango pieces/slices.
Add another layer of graham crackers, top with cream mixture + mangos, then repeat once more (ending with the mangos). Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.
Refrigerate or freeze overnight to set before serving.
Notes
*You can also use 2 cups of whipping cream for this -- just beat it until fluffy/doubled in size!
