Ground Beef Tacos

- extra virgin olive oil
- pico de gallo*
- 1 lime rolled + diced
- 1 15.5 oz can of black beans drained + rinsed
- 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce thinly chopped
- 1 lb 93% ground beef
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 6-8 hard taco shells
Combine pico de gallo + jalapeno into a bowl and let chill in the refrigerator.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the ground beef into the skillet with the taco seasoning and brown until no pink remains.
Fill the taco shells with your desired toppings and serve!
