Sweet & Spicy Chicken

My friend was in the process of moving out and I am the go-to person to ask to carry heavy things (haha). We made two pumpkin desserts (which I’ve posted about already) and she cooked us dinner! I didn’t add in exact amounts for the ingredients because it’s highly variable [and she doesn’t cook using measurements].

Sweet & Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:
-chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
-gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
-brown sugar
-fresh ginger, diced
-salt
-pepper
-rice wine vinegar
-EVOO
-sesame oil
-garlic cloves, peeled
-scallions

Instructions:
1) Dice up some fresh ginger and peel some garlic cloves. Remove fat from chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2) Add some EVOO + sesame oil to a pan (medium-high heat).
3) Add in the rest of the ingredients, to taste.
