Sweet Potato Crackers with Coconut Honey Tahini Dip

Welcome to our weekly Foodie Friday link up! I’m linking up with Annmarie from the Fit Foodie Mama + Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl to create awesome healthy recipes each week! This week’s theme is Free For All!

I’m finally back again with a recipe this week…in the form of an appetizer that’d go well at another get-together/potluck!

I received free samples of Breton Crackers mentioned in this post. By posting this recipe I am entering a recipe contest sponsored by Breton Crackers and am eligible to win prizes associated with the contest. I was not compensated for my time.

I’ve tried out Breton crackers before way back in the day with a couple dips (Hazelnut White Bean Dip and Cucumber Greek Yogurt Dip  my best friend and I made, so I was super excited to try out their new Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains Crackers!

They have a light, crispy texture and are made with ancient grains, including quinoa + rye…and it has sweet potato pieces baked into the crackers! I usually like eating my crackers with something, but these are the type that I’d happily devour on their own. My cat wanted some too.

You can top it with whatever fruits you happen to have on hand–I happened to have apples + pineapple and figured they’d make a nice sweet/tart combo!
