Raspberry Honey Yogurt

Welcome to Foodie Friday! I’m linking up with Annmarie from the Fit Foodie Mama, Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl + Jess from Hello To Fit to create awesome healthy recipes each week! This week’s theme is…Raw (Fresh Fruit/Veggies!

I’m all about summer fruits, and berries have been callin’ my name! This recipe is super quick and easy to make, and is one of my go-to snacks when I’m feeling lazy and/or want something protein-packed + healthy.

It only calls for 4 ingredients, although if you want to get all fancy, you can definitely add other toppings too (e.g. nuts, chia seeds, hemp hearts, more fruit…).

  4. Simply delicious combo! I use to live on plain greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Or or plums! Than I switched up the berries to whatever I had but really I could have lived off it! It is one of the first things I try when I try to add back in dairy or different kinds.
    Happy Foodie Friday!
