Ginger Scallion Noodles

Welcome to our weekly Foodie Friday link up! I’m linking up with Annmarie from the Fit Foodie Mama, Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl + Jess from Hello To Fit to create awesome healthy recipes each week! This week’s theme = Vegan!

After a somewhat trying week on inpatient service, which I’ll write about eventually, lemme just say that it was super uplifting to read the glowing evaluation my attending from my OB rotation wrote about me! <3 <3 <3!

During the OB rotation, Dr. Farrah Fong was able to integrate her acquired academic knowledge with the practical application to the OB patient. Dr. Fong was also a quick learner of the Athena EMR system when it was first introduced to the clinic in the beginning of her rotation. She displayed remarkable patience during that time and maintained her eagerness and interest in learning, which was noticed by everyone. Dr. Fong took the rotation seriously, putting in a lot of time during the rotation and seeking out opportunities to experience OB, delivering babies and placentas even at c-section. She was characterized as smart, a hard worker, and always willing to be a team player. She had a daily positive attitude without fail and was well-liked by everyone, with all the LIP comments about Dr. Fong being universally positive in nature. I found Dr. Fong to be organized and systematic, displaying important qualities such as friendly patient interaction, maturity, and professionalism, which will serve her well in any future endeavor. I highly recommend.

Remember how I mentioned that I was growing green onions? Well, this just so happens to be a perfect use for em’! I’ve actually made them on this blog before (薑蔥麵!), but lately, I’ve been attempting to update and/or remake old recipes with all the edible substances I still have hanging around my apartment, so…here we are!
