As promised from last week, I’m sharing with you another recipe from our NYE dinner! (We got to watch fireworks from the rooftop and managed to not blow away in the cold!)

I think this is actually probably the first time I’ve ever cooked Brussels sprouts. For instance, did you know that Brussels sprouts came lookin’ like this!?

I love roasted Brussels sprouts–definitely going to have to try making this more often. I feel like it’d go super well with the maple balsamic vinegar I have…or should I try it with the dark chocolate balsamic vinegar?! (Remember the popcorn I made with it?)

  11. I looove the crispy bits of roasted brussels sprouts. I know they come on stalks like that, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in person – our grocery store just carries the heads already de-stalked.
